If you have a credit balance on your Powerpay account, you have two options:
Use the credit balance for future purchases
The credit balance will remain on your customer account and will be automatically offset against a future invoice as soon as a new order is processed via Powerpay.
Request a refund
You can, of course, also have your credit note paid out. To do this, you must log in to our self-service platform and provide the required information. Please note that refund requests cannot be made by email or telephone.
After successful verification, the refund will be processed within 10 working days. Please note that refunds can only be made to the account holder registered with us or, if proven, to the person who made the original payment. In addition, fees may apply for refunds in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
What happens if I have overpaid?
An overpayment will automatically result in a credit on your POWERPAY account. In this case, the same options apply as for any other credit.
